Spring Break 3-Charleston Beach

We arrived in the evening and planned to go to Isle of Palm beach the next morning. They have a fantastic county park with parking, a playground, showers and beach access. We walked straight on the the beach set up base and planned to stay for about 2 hours so we could hit the aquarium too. Four hours later...we were still at the beach. My kids LOVED IT! They couldn't get enough. Brett said it was one of the best days ever. Brett, Alex, and Logan loved jumping the waves and the oldest two were really good about staying together. The only real stress for me was worrying if Logan was going to lose his glasses in the ocean.

We had a fabulous time and here is the evidence that I was there too. :)

p.s. Abby wasn't a huge fan of the waves but she loved the sand. We are definately going back because after we packed up we were home 3 hours later. Great 2 1/2 day trip!
